TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROGRAM ACCESS AND RESALE RIGHTS

• Resellers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to promote, market, and resell Ignite while maintaining an active subscription.

• Resellers are granted 100% resell rights to Ignite, provided that the monthly reseller subscription fee of $49/month is paid in full and on time.

• Access and reseller rights are immediately terminated upon cancellation, non-renewal, or failure to maintain an active subscription.

2. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

• The reseller subscription fee of $49/month is automatically billed on a recurring basis.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that valid and up-to-date billing information is maintained on file.

• Failure to pay subscription fees, for any reason, will result in termination of reseller rights and suspension of account access.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

• All payments for Ignite products, courses, and reseller subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no right to refund or rescission exists once you have access to the product.

4. RESELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You agree to promote and represent Ignite truthfully, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You must not misrepresent product features, make false claims, or engage in spam, deceptive practices, or misleading marketing.

• You may not alter, reproduce, or claim ownership of Ignite content. Course content, training, and materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Elevate Studio.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• All intellectual property, including but not limited to course content, training materials, graphics, branding, logos, and systems, are owned exclusively by Elevate Studio.

• Resellers are granted limited use rights for the purpose of resale during their active subscription.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Elevate Studio intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. TERMINATION

• Elevate Studio reserves the right to terminate your reseller agreement and access to Products at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the email address on file.

• Causes for immediate termination include, but are not limited to, misrepresentation, unethical conduct, breach of these TERMS, or failure to pay subscription fees.

• Upon termination, all reseller rights are revoked, and you must immediately cease marketing or selling Ignite.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Elevate Studio makes no guarantee of income, success, or results as a reseller. Earnings depend on individual effort, skill, and implementation.

• In no event shall Elevate Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Ignite Reseller Program.

8. GOVERNING LAW

• These TERMS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country of Registration].

• Any disputes arising under these TERMS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert State/Country].

9. AMENDMENTS

• Elevate Studio reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these TERMS at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the official website. Continued participation in the Ignite Reseller Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.

By enrolling in the Ignite Reseller Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these TERMS.
