CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy, in conjunction with our posted Terms and Policies, constitute a legally binding agreement (the “TERMS”) entered into between you (“You” or “Client”) and [Your Business Name] dba Ignite (“Ignite,” “us,” or the “Company”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) and governs your access to and use of our Product(s).

RESCISSION PERIOD (RIGHT TO RESCIND)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the terms of purchase. There is no rescission period for digital purchases. Please review all product details and terms of purchase carefully before completing your transaction.

CANCELLATION/TERMINATION BY CLIENT (IGNITE PRODUCTS)

You may cancel your Ignite reseller subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard. Requests submitted via any other method are not accepted and do not constitute a valid cancellation request.

Account cancellation does not guarantee the issuance of any refund. It simply cancels your subscription, ceases future subscription billing, and terminates account access as of the cancellation date.

To ensure cancellation ceases future subscription billing attempts, you must submit your request at least one (1) business day prior to any scheduled charge. Cancellation will not cancel any pending charges.

Failure to renew a subscription or failure to pay monthly subscription fees (whether due to an expired/invalid credit card, unavailability of funds, or other reason preventing Ignite from processing your subscription fee) will result in cancellation of your subscription, termination of account access, and immediate loss of reseller rights as of the cancellation date.

Following cancellation, no guarantee of data retention or backup exists.

REFUNDS UPON CANCELLATION/TERMINATION (IGNITE PRODUCTS)

Digital Training and Reseller Access: Due to the digital nature and immediate availability of Ignite products and reseller rights, no right to refund exists for digital purchases or subscriptions. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no right to refund or rescission exists once your purchase is complete.

Third-Party Purchases: If you purchase third-party tools, services, or subscriptions outside of Ignite (such as email tools, hosting, domains, or other marketing platforms), those services are governed by the terms of the respective provider. Ignite carries no liability for costs or fees associated with third-party services and no refunds will be issued for such purchases.

CANCELLATION/TERMINATION BY COMPANY (IGNITE PRODUCTS)

The Company reserves the right to terminate an Agreement or Services at any time by issuing a written notice of termination to you at the email address on file.

Termination of a subscription by the Company will typically take effect at the end of the current billing period. However, in certain circumstances, the Company may terminate a subscription mid-cycle. Such instances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a prorated refund at the Company’s sole discretion.

Misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or violation of the Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination without refund.

THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

This Cancellation and Refund Policy in no way governs purchases made from third-party organizations not owned or operated by Ignite. Please refer to the terms and conditions of such purchases or contact the respective third-party organization directly.
